Spray Pyrolysis

To obtain thin films with the required electrical
resistivity and higher transmission, proper care is required to
get the optimum value of the thickness of the film deposited on a
solar cell. This paper highlights an experimental study and
analysis of various input process parameters and the thickness of
the SnO-F and TiO2 film deposited over a solar cell by spray
pyrolysis method. The experiments were conducted based on the
central composite rotatable design with full replications
technique and a mathematical model was developed using
multiple regression method. The developed mathematical model
has been checked for its adequacy and significance. This
mathematical model is very useful for predicting the thickness of
film and optimizing the process parameters.
