Expenses Monitoring System is mainly scrutinize to maintain Organization or Houseexpenses in a particular organized format. Its purpose is to maintain information about expenses of Staff accommodation, Stationary, Pantry, Communication etc., in the organization and as well as House Expenses.
It provides information and Summary About expenses for vendor to gain information about expenses without visiting the organization directly. It symbolizes all the needs and the requirements for the user to achieve reports that is desired.
The aim of this application is to reduce the manual effort needed to manage transactions and historical data used in Organization. Also this application provides an interface to users to view the expenses details like Assets, Pantry, Hospitality etc., in the Organization.
Expenses Monitoring System is an information management system that has been developed for automating the process of Expenses that deals with Vendor and the Members in the organization
2.1 Existing System
In present situation lot of organizations maintains their personal data either by using manual records, by using computers or using accounting softwares. But they are not providing any backup facilities and at the same time using Accounting Application its very difficult to maintain expenses data for all the people except commerce persons. To avoid this situation and to provide Reports for Daily, Monthly and yearly wise reports according to the user desire, we are introducing a new portal called “Expenses Monitoring System”
2.2 Proposed System
This document shows the requirement and functional reports for Expenses. It symbolizes all the needs and the requirements for the user to achieve reports that is desired and it contains information for the reducing and alteration for the expenses in the organization. Reduction in the time spent by the staff to gather the information & to store it in an organized manner. Also reduction in the time for generating reports related to various activity like Add and delete the expenses types, Descriptions etc.,
