Question Details : I am currently a student of IT(information tech) 3rd year. But uptill now I have only learned overviews of various subjects like Java , C,C++, Web pgming(overview of html,css,js,php),basic DBms etc. I am worried very much wether it would be possible for me to become productive in real industrial work. I fear I know nothing , sort of what an engineer should know. I am very much worried and stressed. I still have one year un hand. If I can get proper guidance I am sure I can do something.
My actual question is I want to get expertise in particular subject from this vast IT field. I am very much interested in Java pgming and web pgming. CAN ANYONE GUIDE ME WHAT SHOULD I LEARN IN THIS TWO FIELDS SO THAT I MAY BE CAPABLE ,OF THE LEVEL THAT I CAN RUN MY OWN COMPANY OF WEB DESIGNING / JAVA SW DEVELOPEMENT.
PLEASE ALSO LET ME KNOW THE RESOURCES I SHOULD REFER IN STEP BY STEP ORDER IN ORDER TO ACHIEVE ExCELLENCE.
